Diploma in Nursing is a hospital based nursing program of 3 years duration of full time course. The nurses are specifically prepared to assist patients in activities of daily living, medication administration and patient education.

  • Must have passed 10+2 (Arts, Commerce or Science) with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually for any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government, National Institute of Open School recognized by Central Government. However, Science is preferable. 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in Vocational ANM Course from the School recognized by Indian Nursing Council. 10+2 with English having 40% Vocational Stream-Health Care Science from a recognized CBSE Board / Centre
  • Minimum age is 17 years and Maximum age is 35 years as on 31.12 of the year in which admission is sought
  • Must be Registered ANM with pass mark
  • 5% is relaxed for SC / ST candidates
  • Must be medically fit

  • Students will be selected by the Government approved agency and based on the allotment letter. Online seat allotment by KEA

  • Notification will be issued to call for the applications
  • Applications will be scrutinized as per the eligibility criteria given by the apex body (qualifying examination)
  • Merit list will be prepared and accordingly final list is displayed

    • 10+2 Passing Certificate
    • Transfer Certificate issued from the college last studied
    • Conduct Certificate
    • Photocopy of Aadhar Card of Student and Parent
    • Medical Fitness Certificate
    • Photocopy of Caste & Income Certificate
    • In case of Non-Karnataka candidates:
      • Migration Certificate issued from the University or Board where last studied
