Bachelor of Nursing is an academic degree in the science and principles of nursing. The course of study is 4 years full time. Bachelor degree prepares nurses for wide variety of professional roles and graduate study. The course work includes Nursing Sciences, Research, Leadership and related areas that inform the practice of Nursing. The curriculum focuses on application of principles of humanities and social sciences, nursing process and nursing theories in caring individual groups of communities.

- Must have passed 10+2 in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English (45%)) with 45% aggregate from recognized Board under AISSCE / CBSE / ICSE / SSCE / HSCE or other equivalent Board. Candidates passed 10+2 in Science also eligible from National Institute of Open School with 45% aggregate
- Minimum age is 17 years and Maximum age is 35 years as on 31.12 of the year in which admission is sought
